How we work

R & D

We are continuously improving our products in order to make them aesthetically modern, practical and functional. We listen to the demands and suggestions of our customers and continuously use your feedback for product developments.

Graphic

Our professional in-house designers are not only in charge of designing the renderings for the new products to be manufactured, but they are also responsible for turning your visions into actual mockups and presentations.

Printing

Our printing workshop guarantees high resolution printing on all your products. We know that every product is used differently, which is why we offer multiple printing techniques from dye sublimation printing to screen printing to prepare for every environment.

Sewing

Our sewing workshop guarantees speed & accuracy for timely deliveries on all our products. They specialize in the production of multiple projects at the same time from large to smaller quantity productions.

Assembly

Our assembly workshop team puts together all the components which constitute the architecture of each product structure. The team also works on matching components, fixing, and repairing structures sent in for repairs.

We place a strong emphasis on the quality of materials we use. Each batch of materials that arrives undergoes a meticulous testing process, allowing us to distinguish top-grade materials from those of inferior quality.

Our team of professional tent engineers who are dedicated to reviewing and refining your project ideas. They possess the knowledge and expertise to assess the feasibility of your designs and determine the most effective approach for creating the final tent.

We have 300 well-trained workers, mature quality management system, 16000 square meters of production workshop, strong production capacity to ensure timely delivery.

We prioritize rigorous inspections throughout our production process. Our dedicated Quality Control (QC) employees conduct a comprehensive series of inspections, including material inspection, processing inspection, and tent finished product inspection.

Specific Practices for Quality Assurance

Pre-production

Technical assessment

Before the production stage begins, our engineering team performs a technical assessment on your design. This includes an assessment on important factors such as material, surface finish, structure, process, and other details of your 3D and 2D drawings.

Material verification

On our customer’s request, we provide a certification of the material we used for making your products. The report comes from the raw material manufacturer and usually includes material heat number, material grade, material dimensions, chemical analysis, etc.

In-production

On-site inspection system

In order to ensure smooth production and ensure product quality, we have professional production inspectors. With on-site inspection system, positions are examined automatically, and adjustments are made accordingly. Using on-site inspection system further helps avoids issues at the early stage, saving cost and time.

In-process quality control

At Dtent, we strictly obey the ISO9001:2015 requirements. The quality control staff conducts routine inspections for all parts that are being produced every 2 hours. This further prevents risks from happening.

Final production

Inspection report

For all orders, we provide full inspection report on request. This report will include the following: quantity of tent, critical dimensions, thicknesses and depths, product appearance, battery part etc.

Packaging

We know about the unpredictability of logistics. Therefore, we make sure we lower the risk to the parts during our packaging process. Four layers of protection: 1. wrapping paper 2. EPE 3. foam 4. paper/wooden box are applied during the packaging process, ensuring that we deliver the most high-quality and beautiful functional armchair to you.

How long does normal order take?

Normally 15-25 days, if you want urgent delivery , we will find solutions.
